Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

  • Preorders will be processed and shipped according to the timeline stated on the product page.

 

Age Restrictions

  • Some products (books and prints) may contain mature or adult content.

  • By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years or older and legally permitted to purchase such material in your country.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All text, artwork, images, and designs sold or displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Jenna Raines Writes.

  • They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most parts of the world, though there are a few limitations.

 

European Union Orders
As of right now, customers in the European Union (see list of affected countries below) will not be able to order directly from this shop. This is due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) guidelines set out by the European Commission.


Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.): $12.99 flat rate

  • International: $55 flat rate

  • Australia & New Zealand: $65 flat rate

At this time, we currently only offer standard shipping. Please note that international customers may still be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their own country. We do not cover these fees — they must be paid by the customer in order to release the package.

Delivery Times
Once your order leaves us, delivery time will depend on USPS/UPS handling and the postal services in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how fast or slow this process will be. USPS is responsible for the package once it is accepted into their system, and occasional delays or customs holds may occur outside of our control.
 

Processing vs. Shipping
Our processing time refers only to the time it takes us to prepare your order before shipment. Please add processing time to the carrier’s shipping time to estimate when you will receive your order. 
 

EU Countries Affected by GPSR
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Return Policy

Domestic Orders (United States):
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Signed or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.

International Orders:
At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to make it right, but refunds or replacements may not always be available due to shipping costs and customs restrictions.
